After going down to a first-minute goal and taking ten minutes to settle, Nottingham eased into the GFSN Cup semi-finals with a commanding performance not unlike last season, but then again they had a full squad available.

After two poor performances and consecutive away defeats the Ballbois hosted the Leftfooters in a game they need to win to restore some much needed confidence. Returning to their original home on the newly re-laid pitches at Gresham the Ballbois took all three points with a solid if unremarkable performance.

A performance lacking passion, spirit and direction ended with Nottingham recording their worst defeat ever. Looking as far removed from league champions as possible, Nottingham's losing margin could have been even greater were it not for the efforts of Dave S in goal.
