GFSN National 5-a-side Tournament 2007 9 June 2007, Dublin Nottingham Arrows: Semi-final Nottingham Bows: Quarter-final
So how good is this then? In only our third small-side tournament, the Ballbois enter two teams and qualify both of them from the group stages into the quarter-finals. Not only that, but out of all the established clubs at the tournament we were the only one to achieve this double-feat. Unfortunately the club was not to progress beyond the Semifinals, but the strong showing was a great bonus to our first ever international tournament, held in the fair city of Dublin.

20 May 2007 Ballbois 1st Anniversary Tournament Final Home (Grove Farm)
The final of the Ballbois Anniversary Tournament saw the hosts agonisingly go down after looking likely winners almost throughout. They were switched on from the outset, displaying a calmness and maturity never witnessed before, and it payed off. Brett outpaced an opponent before unleashing a right-footed thunderbolt across a helpless keeper from twenty yards for his twelfth goal of the season - what a start.

19 May 2007 Ballbois 1st Anniversary Tournament Semi-final Home (Grove Farm)
The first Ballbois Anniversary Tournament was held over two days with four teams, with full 90-minute games, the other semi-final being contested between Birmingham Blaze and London Leftfooters. Nottingham came through their semi-final against local rivals Leicester Wildecats, with the result decided on penalties.

Yorkshire 5-a-side Tournament 18 March 2007 Nottingham Arrows: Quarter-final Nottingham Bows: Group stage
Ballbois entered only their second ever official tournament and came home with credit, plus an enhanced reputation, not only as footballers but sportsmen too. Unlike Leicester back in September, they scored goals here, 34 of them to be exact.
