Directions to Grove Farm (NG7 2SA)

From the train station: If you are arriving on Saturday morning by train, it is advisable to get a taxi from outside the front of the train station. It is possible to also get the number 48 bus outside the station (see below) but not advisable if time is tight.

From M1 motorway: Leave at junction 24, take A453 direction Nottingham South. Follow for approximately 7 miles, continue straight ahead over the roundabout next to the Crusader pub. After Nottingham Trent University and the lights, move to the right-hand lane and continue as the road takes a sharp left-hand bend over the flyover. After the bend the road widens to three lanes. Stay in the middle lane marked ‘Lenton Industrial Estate/Park and Ride’ At the roundabout, take the first left, then an immediate left a few metres afterwards into Lenton Lane (following the signs for ‘Restaurant Sat Bains’ and ‘Golf Course’). Follow the road round, past the golf course and the restaurant. Grove Farm is ahead of you at the end of the road.

From city centre: Take the A453 out of the city and follow for approximately 2 miles. Just after passing the Riverside farm pub and B&Q, there is a roundabout. Approach in the middle lane, avoiding the left-hand filter lane. Keep left, and exit the roundabout at ‘Lenton Industrial Site’. Follow signs for ‘Restaurant Sat Bains’ into Lenton Lane as above.

By bus from city centre: Bus 48 leaves at least every 20 minutes from Market Square (next to Lloyds Bank) or outside the railway station. Look out for Riverside Farm Pub and B&Q on the right, and alight at the stop just before the large roundabout. To the left of the roundabout is an underpass - go under this and on the other side turn left and follow the track past the golf course and restaurant until you reach Grove Farm.
