Sunday training

Sunday training takes place on most Sundays between 6pm-8pm at Gresham Sports Park 3G astro pitch.

On Sundays when we have a fixture then training does not take place, please consult the list below for dates of future training sessions.

Training begins with a warm-up and some exercises aimed at improving football skills, before we then play a game.

Newcomers are welcome to come along to training to watch or take part - the first session is free. There is further information on the website about playing for the club, and we also have a midweek five-a-side session.

For details of the venue and a map, please follow the link to the Gresham 3G page.

Training takes place on the state-of-the-art 3G astro pitch at Gresham, so trainers, astro boots or moulded plastic studs should be worn.

For further information, please contact us.
